METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

A block of rooms has been reserved at the hotels, listed on the Accommodation Form, exclusively for this conference. Those wishing to make confirmed reservations at these hotels are requested to complete the Accommodation Form. To guarantee a hotel room, the Accommodation Form along with a pre-payment of one night´s stay must be received at the address below by July 20, 2003. After this date we cannot guarantee room availability nor maintain these prices. If you wish, you may pay the total accommodation cost now and if not, you must pay the remainder of the price in Granada at the hotel.

Payment of the total remittance must be made in Euros. Payments made in non-Euros currency are unacceptable. Any bank charges incurred in processing the received payments will be the responsibility of the participant.

Bank Transfer: Make the transfer FREE OF BANK CHARGES (MT100 Field 71A: OUR) to Congresos GESTAC, Bank – Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Granada-Spain (BIC: BBVA ESMMXXX), Account Number – ES7601822900510011508000. Please ask for your full name and institution to be quoted and attach a copy of the bank transfer order to this form.

Payment can also be made by credit cards (VISA or AMERICAN EXPRESS). If you wish to make your payments with a credit card 4 % of total amount should be added in this case. REFUND POLICY

Any cancellations must be made in writing and sent along with the accommodation form and copy of proof of payment, to the Congresos GESTAC Secretariat. If the cancellation is received before August 7,2003 the price paid will be refunded, deducting 20 € to cover organisational costs. No refund will be made for cancellations arriving after this deadline.
